Growing Cannabis

As legalization is fast approaching for Canadian citizens, it is important to stay up to date on new information being released regarding the rules and regulations that will be associated with recreational cannabis throughout the country.

The current legislation regarding the ability to grow cannabis has allotted citizens to grow up to a maximum of 4 plants for themselves. This regulation will allow all citizens who are of age to possess and legally grow recreational cannabis.

Medical patients that require more than 4 plants for their personal consumption will be allowed to apply for a permit to increase the number of plants that they are able to grow for medical use.
